Position: Property Sales Executive

Job Overview

A prudent Sales Executive to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
  • Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
  • Support the development and implementation of a branding and marketing strategy.
  • Advising clients on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting. -Act as the face of the company and offer exemplary customer service to all clients.
  • Accompany clients during visits and inspections of the property.
  • Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
  • Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.
  • Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Represent the company in sales meetings, participate in activations, expos, and events.
  • Perform property inspections and due diligence for potential new business as required.
  • Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants.
  • Source for property and build relationships with prospective landlords and property owners to expand business opportunities.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
  • Two or more years of experience in managing sales in real estate.
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Superb leadership ability.
  • Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale

 Position:  Operations Officer .

Job Overview

In the Operations Manager role, you will be responsible for defining and improving operational policies and procedures. You will be a key contributor to ensuring strategic decision making aligns with corporate goals. Projects may focus on functional areas such as operations, human resources, finance, technology, procurement, logistics and sales & marketing. Success in this role will be demonstrated by substantive increases in operational effectiveness on project, departmental and company-wide levels.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient operations.
  • Enhance systems, processes, and best practices of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing the operations team and department as assigned.
  • Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company.
  • Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.
  • Ensure organizational processes comply with legal regulations and standards.
  • Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.
  • Manage and supervise the workforce, including task allocation and setting deadlines.
  • Monitoring the performance and productivity of employees and teams, providing coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best pricing.
  • Maintaining good supply chain management processes, including inventory management, production processes, sales, and sourcing of suppliers.
  • Monitor and supervise assigned projects to ensure smooth operations and optimal outcomes.
  • Developing ways to increase the quality of customer service and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Foster innovation and productivity through effective communication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Integrate new technologies and business processes as needed.
  • Maintain service operations to ensure sustainability.

Skills and academic requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in office administration.
  • A background in Human Resource is an added advantage
  • Strong people management capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong quantitative aptitude and proficiency in mathematical concepts.
  • Comprehensive business acumen and understanding of industry standards.
  • Demonstrated ethical behavior and integrity in business practices.
